By now you should have received an email from your manager or HR department explaining the ballot process and providing a copy of the final agreement to be voted on. The voting will be online using your employee number as an identifier but will be confidential.

The ballot will open on 6 December and close on 13 December but we encourage members to vote early to ensure there are no issues.

The final agreement to be voted on can be accessed through the members portal on the VAHPA website.

In the lead-up and during the ballot period, VAHPA organisers will be running update meetings in workplaces to answer any questions and help explain the whole process. Importantly, these meetings are being supported by the VHIA and employers so they will be paid meetings. Given the short notice, we are still aiming most of the meetings around lunch periods to make them as accessible as possible. Watch for notice of a meeting in your workplace and remember to bring your colleagues!
